Sparx has been created by Simon McCaskill, founder of Bear & Fly.

Simon is a learning designer, facilitator and innovation advisor with over 20 years’ experience across digital, technology, AI, learning and organisational change.

He has worked with Google for more than a decade as part of its global learning ecosystem, designing and delivering programmes across AI, digital transformation, data, innovation, communication and leadership.
